Consistently Strong & Getting stronger...

Emma Conman-Jeffries
After returning from World Championships in China, Emma had a week’s rest before she went straight back into training.
Emma competed in the Bribie Triathlon Series October 8th and 9th where she placed 1st in the 20-24 age group.
Emma has decided to take it up a notch and is now competing in Open's so this will be a great test and experience for Emma's development.

The Gatorade QTS Series at Raby Bay on 16th October was her first races competing in Open's where she placed 6th overall in the open division. Super effort up against a number of strong athletes!
In her latest event- Noosa Triathlon, Emma finished 3rd in the 20-24 age group. Next on the cards, Emma heads to Canberra in 7 weeks to do the ACT Championships with two Gatorade QTS Series races in between.

Luke Henry
This has been another consistent month for Luke! Placing 1st at Airlie Beach 16-19 age group (5th overall), 3rd at Townsville 16-19 age group (6th overall) and 1st at Bowen 16-19 age group (2nd overall). In between competing Luke attended the TQ Trials, which he said was a great experience. Luke was in full swing for the Noosa Triathlon. He had good swim around 21:30 and bike about 1:06 so was going well until he cramped up early into the run. Luke was planning on competing at the Hamilton Island tri in the coming weeks, however, Luke has been chosen to attend a camp as part of an Emerging Talent Squad on the same weekend. This is great news for Luke and we know he is destined for great things!!!
